Dr. Ellen Ines Millard
Naturopathic Doctor in both Colorado and California, Craniosacral therapist
Your initial visit includes a detailed review of your personal health history, current concerns, lifestyle factors, and goals. We’ll explore physical, emotional, and environmental influences affecting your well-being. This visit may include nutritional, hormonal, and lab review (if available), and ends with a personalized wellness plan including supplements, dietary guidance, and integrative therapies tailored to your needs.
This follow-up appointment includes a review of your progress, updated symptoms, and any lab results or diagnostic changes. We will refine your treatment plan based on your response to therapies, adjust supplements or medications as needed, and provide continued guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness strategies to support healing and long-term balance.
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on healing modality that supports your body’s natural ability to release tension, restore balance, and improve overall well-being. During your session, you’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table in a quiet, relaxed environment.
Using light, therapeutic touch—often no more than the weight of a nickel—I will assess and support the movement of the craniosacral rhythm, which flows through the head, spine, and sacrum. Most patients experience a deep sense of relaxation, calm, and subtle shifts in tension or energy throughout the body.
This therapy can be especially helpful for stress, headaches, chronic pain, TMJ dysfunction, nervous system imbalance, and emotional trauma. Many patients leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply refreshed.
Each session is unique, guided by your body’s needs, and is always delivered with care and presence.
We offer a free 15-minute meet and greet visit for new patients who are curious about naturopathic care. This brief, no-obligation appointment is a chance to ask questions, learn about our approach, and see if we’re the right fit for your health journey. While no diagnoses or treatments are provided, it’s a great opportunity to connect and explore how we can support your wellness goals
